I need Step By Step Instructions to Install Toad on Ubuntu 8.04. Can any one provide me, i shall be very thank full

Oracle is NOT supported on Ubuntu so question about Toad is moot.

What does this "fact" have anything to do with TOAD?
Different products from different vendors!
Just because 1 product runs on an unofficial OS, does not imply any other product will work on same OS.

TOAD is not required to utilize Oracle

Nothing to elaborate here.
Just install wine and install toad.
Hardy is too old. I would go atleast with Lucy LTS.
