And what goes in each section?
And do you want the three sections to be repeated on each page?
Or have each section once one after the other?

You still haven't really explained how the data is divided between the sections.
Remember:
1) We haven't got your tables.
2) We haven't got your data.
3) We don't know the purpose of the report.
4) We don't know what the data represents.

I don't see any difference between these 3 records, so I think that these are not different groups.

It seems as if repeating frame's records per page property should be set to 3, and distance between records set to a value larger than 0.

1) Do not post in all caps and bold - it is considered shouting in internet forums.
2) Until you explain to us how the data is to be split logically between the sections we can not answer you. You can put up as many images as you like but none of them tell us the rules that need to be applied. We need to know the rules in order to decide the correct way to do it.
To be clear - I'm not asking you to write the queries. I am asking you to so say: Data like <something> goes in section A, data like <something else> goes in section B. etc. Tell us what the somethings are.
