Can somebody provide me some link or book or notes that proves to be helpful in sending sms from Oracle database? Please avoid giving links which uses some 3rd party software to send sms..

Actually, i am new to it. And I dont know from where to start and how to initiate. That's why i put this post with a hope to get a positive response. I already did some google search but it went over my head.
