Hi All;

I need help , when I going to export the application on Oracle Apex 4.2, I have the problem:

Error exporting flow 102. ORA-22831: Offset or offset+amount does not land on character boundary
ORA-22831: Offset or offset+amount does not land on character boundary

Note that : I asked before, but there is no solve this problem. ??????????

Not entirely true. You've asked me (via private messages system) and I replied that I have never had such a problem. Furthermore, I told you to search this page for ORA-22831. It suggests that you should contact Oracle Support.

The document

Contact Oracle Support Services to configure the database so that it does not return ORA-22831.


It turned out that you don't know what it is, so I suspect that you don't have a valid ID and can't actually talk to Oracle representatives.

Unfortunately, I can't help any further; I have no idea HOW to configure the database. Hopefully, someone else will be able to assist.
