how to hide save as button in oracle runtime, or if anyone can tell me how can I exit from the report runtime after user press print button (so he can not print the report again)

I strongly suspect the only way to stop a user printing twice is to send the report straight to the printer and bypass adobe.
Then you can control it from forms (presuming that's what you use to call the report).
Though if you do that it then raises the question of what do you do if there is a printer error and it fails to print.
