One report which is based on 10 table user ganerates every morning n evening time, which takes 15 mints always. but one day use complaint me in evening time that same report taking more than 1 hrs. same report has taken 15 mints in morning. where is the problem n how to solve it?

It is because the load of database. May be other processes were running in evening time and while running other processes you were generating reports.

It is your database, One time it is slow and in another time fast. You have the better idea than everyone else, who have not used your system.

Seriously though, this is a nonsense question. If we were to ask you the following question:
"Usually,something on my computer takes 5 minutes, now it takes 4 times as long. Why is this?" What answer would you supply? The point I am making is that you have supplied no information whatsoever that could be used to help you. Arju supplied what is basically, the best possible guess based on the (no) information that you supplied and you basically say "Nope, this isn't why" without offering any evidence. Well, I say to you, YES, this IS the reason why. Prove us wrong by posting valid tests on your system. But before you do ANY of that, have the courtesy to
