package not completing [message #306051]

i hope some one out there can help, i have a oracle package that has executed sucessfully for the last five years but since lately when i run the package it dosnt complete, it do what it is suppose to do(input data in tables mainly) but it dosnt say "process complete sucessfully" dose every one how i can fix this.

DATABASE IS 9I, THE PACKAGE HAS SIX FUNCATION , AND SIX PROCEDURE, WHAT OTHER INFORMATION WOULD YOU LIKE

OH ALSO I SEE "NO EXPLAIN PLAN" MESSAGE
AND THE TABLE SPACE USE UP A LOT OF SPACE UP TO 90%

Read OraFAQ Forum Guide and don't write in UPPER CASE.
It is a sure way to get no answer.
